<p>We all have been given the same 24 hours in a day. How do others seem to possess more Balance in life?</p>
<p>Tip: Start by simply playing with your family. Be silly!  Since most of us are  time and calendar driven,  capture a family night by physically writing it on your calendar. Sit down and enjoy a toy or board game. Enjoy the calm that settles in as you  find yourself relaxing.</p>

That is the first key. The reality is that you won&#8217;t find the time if you continue to pledge that you &#8220;don&#8217;t have the time!&#8221;   Start today and commit to 15 minutes a day. Tackle a junk drawer. Place all items you don&#8217;t need or use in a donation box. Throw away things that are broken. Group like items together and divided from other item groups.<br />
The second key is Becoming Consistent. Keep at it. 15 minutes a day equals 1 hour 45 minutes a week, 7 hours a month! Every minute you spend adds up to more order and less stress.</p>
